Strategic Lean Leadership
As a Lean Leader, I use the SQDC framework as my North Star. By hosting 10+ Kaizen events annually, I ensure that every improvement project contributes directly to these four critical pillars of organizational health:
Safety (S): Proactively identifying and resolving Ergonomic (Ergo) issues to ensure a “Safety First” culture in New Make and MOR shops.
Quality (Q): Reducing Defects and implementing Poka-Yoke (error-proofing) to drive “Right First Time” results across all manufacturing processes.
Delivery (D): Attacking Lead Time and bottlenecks to ensure our Field Services and Production lines meet or exceed customer expectations.
Cost (C): Identifying and eliminating the “8 Wastes” to drive significant Savings in Sourcing, Finance, and Operations.
